Zena Coins are credits used for AI-powered actions on Hirin — candidate screening, voice calls, and AI video interview minutes. Coins refill every billing cycle and unused coins do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Both Lite and Premium include a 30-day free trial — your first month is on us. Cancel anytime before Day 31 and you won’t be charged.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI Autopay, Net Banking, and wallets — all processed securely via Razorpay.
Is GST included in the price?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST applies to all Indian customers. Add your GSTIN at checkout to receive a tax-compliant invoice.
